Unbelievable how easy it is for some people to see an animal in need of food, water and shelter to just turn away then expect good hearted people to do the same not right at all!!! It’s NOT their money so why should they have a say!!!

This is a cruel law. Your asking people to ignore these poor cats that already have a rough life, should we as humans rather watch these animals die rather then allowing the kind citizens providing food or shelter to these helpless strays.

What a completely, unbelievably selfish, stupid law!!! First how about holding a free spay/neuter program at least a couple times a year. Then how about fining $$ people who do not take advantage of this program. Not feeding helpless animals is a damn shame (I’d like to swear here)!!

This is cruel and imhumane. It is our own faults this is happening so do not let those poor animals suffer. Let them live and feed them. Respect nature because once all our creatures are gone we will go along with them. Protect our cats and other wildlife love them and treat them with respect because they are just as needed on this earth as we are. Feed those babies done let them starve and get them TNR, rehabilitate some of the less feral ones and find them homes. Starving them is just cruel and uncalled for. This needs to STOP!!!!!

This law is a travesty and meant to target the already poor and defenseless. Stray animals have a difficult enough life and you can’t ask people not to care for them, to at least give them a chance!

Idiotic law. Try passing a law to start a program to help spay the strays and ferals instead of trying to starve them. Hungry strays go after trash and leave a mess behind. Unneutered males spray and fight, leaving wounds to fester and spread sickness. This is an insensitive law that an ignorant town council is trying to pass so that they don't have to put aside funds for their animal shelter. Try working with a trap-neuter-return group to get a handle on the problem. There are quite a few who would be willing to help!!

Really?? I feed & water animals that come into my yard. We have a "VERY" responsible Lady in our community who makes sure they are spayed or nuetured. End of Rant.
