Time to stop this! It’s taking away from the beauty of our neighborhoods

Our lovely mature neighborhood is being changed by all these multi family infills. The change is NOT for the better. These multi family infills need to stop.

Not in favor of overpopulating areas just to get more profit for the land , infills should be used to revitalize neighbourhoods not to overcrowd them and make them loose the character and history. No more multi units

Infill appears to be happening without consultation and without prioritizing the needs of the community.

Get rid of the homeless people in the area

Enough with the 8plex.

Limit densification to four units per lot in established neighbourhoods. Reduce building heights to reflect community scale.

Repeal a zoning bylaw that only benefits developers!

Mid Block 8 unit builds is lacking common sense.

City council needs to remember they arent the "bosses" of the city. They exist to SERVE us and OUR interests. Its our city and neighborhoods, not theirs.

The current City Administration is not responsible enough to make any decisions that impact the citizens.

Restrict 8 unit multiplexes to locations adjacent to designated TOD nodes and priority growth corridors. Prohibit 8 unit multiplex housing mid-block on interior lts in every mature neighbourhood. Calgary allows up to a maximum of 6 du/lot in mature neighbourhoods, Winnipeg allows up to 4 dwellung units/lot in established neighbourhoods, and Toronto allows 5 du to 6 du plexes in some mature neighbourhoods, while some neighbourhoods were exempted. As well the location of the 4 du rowhousing, 5 to 6 unit multiplexes is directed to lots adjacent to major roadway corridors and neighbourhood collectors. No other City yet has prescribed a max. 8 du/lot density on interior lots in mature neighbourhoods. This affects all communities and I work in Edmonton as well as a Realtor.

To many infill with 8 suites and 4 suites in a short space.there is 0 parking and I really do not think our power grid or sewers can handle that

I have a proposed 2 slim structures containing 8 units each in the middle of the block ! So, if it goes through that’s 16 rental units on our quiet street in the middle of the block.

I very much support infilll over outward growth, but it must be done with consultation and consideration for neighborhood character.

The permits to build infills should be assessed individually in order to accommodate growing housing demands without sacrificing our pleasant neighborhoods. Respecting the choices people already living in these older communities like mine is democracy; allowing big investors to develop for profits 6 or 8 units in a small lot to stablish rental units should not be allowed here. Where are they going to park the vehicles and place the garbage cans? Stop rental infills in quiet communities. Stop big corporations taking over prime land.
