We have lived for almost 40 years in this beautiful neighbourhood, in a home that we have invested in and carefully tended for these past 4 decades. The nature of the poorly considered infill planned for this area will negatively impact safety through increased traffic, and congestion created from parking and large numbers of garbage bins. Green spaces will be lost while the city continues to plant trees - making no sense whatsoever. Privacy will be impacted, particularly when multi-story buildings are developed next to the numerous bungalows that we love in this area. Infrastructure will be placed under increased demands, particularly water and sewage. Our quality of life in this peaceful Duggan environment will be severely eroded.

Concerned that families moving to our neighborhood already can’t get child care spots and class sizes in schools cannot keep pace. Densification requires concurrent infrastructure debsification too.

I understand this will be done but Please reduce infill to 4 units And make them for families

I found out today developers are approaching people in Duggan telling them they will pay above market value if they sell to them. One developer is trying to get two lots side by side. Unacceptable.

The lack of accountability to the public who oppose this is astounding.

totally unacceptable building 8 or 6 plex in a single lot also to allow them just to park on the street. ABSALUTLY NOT !!!!!!

I am not okay with what is happening to this city. Even if we need to make room for more people, this just isn't a healthy way to do it.

Increased density is necessary. But it must be done responsibly, with care, consultation, and respect for the existing neighborhood. Parking, trees, and utility capacity cannot be ignored.

Repeal bad zoning bylaws consult with neighbourhoods it's not about your tax grab it's about communities and their history and character

I am against development in neighborhoods that doesn't match the neighborhood character. I am against development that rises higher than the surrounding established buildings.
