Infill can be done right (off-road parking, highest ecological standards, limited size, protection for mature trees). Doing it wrong would be taking a city jewel, Windsor Park, and throwing it in the garbage.

Keep!existing neighborhoods feel by not over the top density, 4 plexes are reasonable, not 8 or more residences per building. Also leave a small yard for new residents, allowing quality of life!

I feel like the blanket, do what you want, in mature neighbourhoods is very poorly planned. I understand the city needs for infill, but protect what makes the neighbourhoods desirable. People move there because of the trees, canopy, look and community. Making drastic changes upsets the people in the community. Also, many are poorly constructed, rushed and cut corners. It's aggressive and making a lot of people upset.

These barracks are being built contrary to what the communities want. They are poorly constructed, overwhelming the neighbouring homes, blocking sun and adding traffic to neighborhoods that already have traffic issues.

Insane a 7 unit complex with the LRT running along the Eastside where do 7 households park in front of everyone else's home making pickup for seniors living in the community impossible.

It's time for politicians to stop telling the citizens what they want, and time for the citizens to tell politicians what we want. The city council no longer represents their voters. Democracy no longer represents the majority. The neighborhood renewal project in the clareview area is an atrocious disrespect for the taxpayers and should be almost viewed as criminal,
