Infill ruins neighbourhoods, puts a strain on the already aged infrastructure and causes damage with flooding to surrounding houses.

we've worked for retirement and home only to see that it is not worth what it was because the city is insisting on making our city ugly through their socialist programs.

Blanket zoning is irresponsible land use planning.

The city council and this mayor are turning our city into 15 minute prisons. They are socialists who support the vision of the WEF and it needs to stop!

city council is NOT listening to us! Infill projects are for greedy developers wanting to squeeze as much as they can with no regard for the neighbourhood and the chaos they create. There is a right way and a wrong way to do infill - I'm not against it but do it properly!

Our neighborhood filled with infill homes it’s not affordable housing it’s getting rented for short term like hotels can’t drive and anyone renting there has so many cars not enough space it’s so close to other houses fire hazard noise and concrete foot path so close to fence nowhere to throw snow there will be arguments when it rains now it floods on street because of no green land left for rain to be absorbed owners not living there grass never cut houses so high now l can’t open curtains

Under the current regulations , infill is happening too quickly and without input from the neighborhood.

The COE is destroying the character of older neighborhoods, with zero accountability in place for how buildings go up. This needs to be stopped and the definition of smart infill examined more closely.

Blanket rezoning is reckless and dangerous. No one wants to kuce next to a 8nolex with no parking infill is destroying mature neighborhoods, it is doubg nothing to make housing affordable. The city is building slums.

2022 appeared at hearing on rezoning for a four story apartment behind me 163 St and 197 Ave), council approved. Developer had purchased two lots for this then in 2026 they purchased an additional lot and went for rezoning for six story and didn’t inform the neighborhood until I inquired about it. There was a hearing to which I didn’t attend.

Infill is awful and shouldn’t happen in older mature neighborhoods.

As someone squeezed between 2 infills(1 done 1 coming) and participating in an appeal at the city hall for one of the builds. The blantent disregard for valid concerns is frustrating!

The sewage cannot handle 12 unit buildings and the rest of the neighborhood. Not enough parking for 24 extra cars on the street. No accountability to the builder on time frame or landscaping. Too big,
