We are currently inviting ghettos in our neighborhoods.

Infill is out of control

A 5 storey 171 unit building does not belong in a majority single bungalow neighborhood. A two storey building maybe. No meaningful community consultation has been held.

Unrestricted infill is causing havoc in mature neighborhoods. We need a sustainable plan that leaves neighborhoods liveable for everyone.

Stop allowing so many infills in old neighborhoods. It’s ruining the community.

Absolutely gutted about the 8 plexes going into single family home lots. Developers just paid 60k over asking price for a lovely home. As of today we do not know what they will build there but we are living in dread and contemplating moving asap.

As a Edmonton tax payer and voting citizen we have a right to be involved in bylaw regulation

Massive 5-storey apartment building on Belmont Surplus school site is too big for the community. It will not work in this neighborhood.

Opposed to the 5 Story Apartment being proposed. Keep any development to the original Architecture Plan set for our neighborhood. 5 Story building does not belong by houses and our schools. Privacy and safety will be compromised.

Stop building a five storey subsidized housing in our neighbourhood as it is going to tower over the neighbourhood which is primarily bungalows. Our residents will lose privacy in their backyards which will bring down the value of our homes. It will also bring more traffic and cause more congestion during school drop-off and pick-up hours.

No consultation, other than a meeting that was at South Clareview Community League - got notice in the mail after the meeting occurred. Community has limited access for traffic, parking especially during school dismissals. Bus trap between the two schools limits traffic within the neighbouring blocks. There are many subsidized and low income housing in the surrounding area where the structure is going to be built.

My main concern is the new type of multi family infills that are ruining mature neighborhoods.

I do not want a 5 story apartment building in the school yard close to our homes.
