We Taxpayers have the right. We were not consulted about this rediculous zoning plan. It should be put to a vote.

I suggest that after proper public consolation at least one counsellor as well as the planning branch manager should be required to visit the site and then sign off on each densification as if they were living in one of the homes next to the proposed infill complex.

Please stop the Multi Unit developments, especially 6 or more units in established Neighborhoods

My home is already sitting between two infill developments. This has reduced the value of my property as a neighbourhood residence. It has also reduced my enjoyment of the property, particularly the pleasure of the backyard garden which is now overshadowed by tall garage apartments on either side. The reduced access to sunlight had significantly hampered garden growth, especially in the vegetable plot.

All new builds should allow for parking for 2 cars per unit it. Underbuilding garages are the most effective, as doesn't take up land use

Infill should not be overbearing in the neighborhood they are built in and needs to provide adequate parking

I pray for honest representation. Listen to us! The people of Edmonton need to be heard and represented better.

Infill needs to be done with a plane and respect for mature neighbor hoods. You can not just open the flood gates to builders and developers.

I'm signing not because it's happening in my neighborhood yet but I see what it is doing to mature neighborhoods. Stop the stupidity now!!

Stop building 8-units in mid-blocks, which is unreasonable.

The city is destroying beautiful neighbourhoods with monstrosity developments that do not belong in residential neighbourhoods. Like commercial buildings let them build them in a neighbourhood of their own and let us maintain our beautiful neighborhoods and homes. As a senior my home is my insurance security for old age and I must sell it when I can no longer maintain it. Building these units beside my small home makes it worthless in the real estate market after paying taxes for over 50 years. What about the people who have helped the city for years instead of making developers rich at our cost! Regard them like apartments and give them their own neighbourhood to maintain a beautiful city.

Infill is fine. Agressive and irresponsible infill is not fine. Neighbourhood character disruptive infill is not fine. Infill that takes no thought of parking is not fine. In my neighbourhood, towards 122 street, there are 900 units, count 'em 900 units, of new housing going up on the old University Housing site. So tell me why we need 8 unit infills in Malmo?! We don't. Neighbours were ok with lots accommodating two skinny units where a war time bungalow used to be, but the newer and more agressive infill options have soured the neighbourhood. I am in favour of a pause and a re-think.

They are already on our block with property purchased to build - I think 10 units. Disgusting. There goes our peace and quiet on a nice summers day outside reading a good book.
