Privacy is no longer attainable with the new 8 Plexs taking over our neighborhoods. Parking will become a major issue as will any sunlight to your yard.

It’s disgusting what our City Counsel is allowing with these developments. I’m all for free enterprise, but let’s be responsible in how we develop and/or redevelop neighborhoods!

We noticed the home by Lynnwood school is set for a multi unit building. There is not enough parking when Epcor has their trucks and school is let out already. Where will the safety of the school be then.

My information is not to be sold to any third party. Is is solely for the petition being signed. Over the years some houses have been demolished in our Athlone neighborhood (and Calder) and thankfully the infill was duplexes. I hope this trend continues instead of big multi family units. Where the heck are people supposed to park? Our road out front is always packed with cars and many don't move them for snow removal nor street cleaning as it is.

Infill housing is getting out of hand. Overshadowing the single dwelling homes in the neighborhood.
Stop urban sprawl yes but let’s keep the infill homes limited to 6 units max and on the ends of the street/avenues.

City council is a joke. Majority of them don't have the experience or qualifications to do the job. Most are more concerned on their pet projects at the Citizens expense. Infill should be done and could be done so much better. Enough is enough
