No more 4 old or above we need to live in a secure environment where people can get their own privacy without having to worry about the consequences of their actions and their safety

I agree. These neighborhoid eyesores must not be allowed. Do any city counselors live next door to these monstrosities?

its time city hall starts listening to the people who live in the older lot areas where all the wider lots are that they split or add the 8 units on ... you dont see these in the areas were the city council people live so they arnt concerned it will happen in there areas .

Really poor planning with no, or misinformed forethought. Neighbourhood conformity is so important, these monstrous structures amongst regular homes throws that way out. Unfairly, hugely, diminishing values for all.

Stop ruining the older neighborhoods with these monstrosity infill homes. Many in our area are being built and the ones that are are for rent always!!!! How is this helping??? Right, it’s only helping the City to get more tax dollars to blow it on the unessential needs!

It’s ridiculous how the city is allowing the ruin of neighborhoods. The streets in my neighborhood are so narrow and the influx of multi unit houses is adding to the congestion as all these new HUGE developments have so many units and everyone has more than one car! There is no place to park as these units go from one end of the lot to the other! They all park on the road clogging the streets. Good luck trying to drive down the road and if someone is coming in the opposite direction there is no place to go! Heaven forbid an emergency vehicle needs to come down the street with cars parked on either side! They have no place to go! Developers need to have to build a parkade underneath each of these units to accommodate them. These developments are huge, ugly and ruin the neighborhoods. They take up all the sunlight, and seem to be forcing people out so more developers can move in and make money! Do the city councillors have them next to their house?? Not likely! It’s horrible what the city is allowing and the city isn’t listening to their people! Why are they bending down to the developers?

These new infill projects are the ugliest - most disgusting housing ever - also it brings down property values for people that have paid for their house, taxes, etc. for decades.

Current zoning must be amended to preserve charm and attractiveness of mature neighborhoods.

8 plexes destroy homogeneous neighborhoods by reducing property values and social characteristics.

The new monstrous 8 plex behind me looks directly into my house and yard. I used to love my back yard and spend a lot of time there. There is ZERO PRIVACY NOW. I pay for my own space, I should be able to use it without being watched.

These 8 plexes are taking over our neighborhood . They tower above everyone and decrease others property value.

Not fair to put these buildings in the middle of smaller homes.

Why are 10 suite apartment buildings allowed on single residential lots as example at 11313-102 street? Includes 2 garage suites

These huge places are absolutely ridiculous in some area's. They block sunlight so makes it impossible to grow gardens...enjoy some nice summer days in the privacy in our own yards...and never mind te parking and garbage. Absolutely sucks that these new builds don't have to stick to the style of the neighborhoods. I think all city council needs to think things through before doing these kind of things...fire them all!!!

Massive cheap housing being built next to character homes. Zero requirements for parking. No consideration of blocking out the sun for neighbors.

I support infill but not to the level that is being proposed on 88 Ave and 147 St.
