We don't want any more building monstrosities in our neighborhood. Why not put them along Ft. Road where there is plenty of space for places like this.

We have the same issues going on in Parkallen. In fact we heard there is an approval for a 24 unit multiplex, going up in between two single family homes….which is down right awful. I have written to councillor Janz numerous times about these huge buildings that take away privacy, block sunlight for gardens, restrict parking, and cause our taxes to go up, not down. I pay extremely high taxes to live in my community….that is now, not feeling like the community i invested in over 25 years ago. It’s disheartening and sad.

Council dose not have consideration for other people’s needs or requests. I am very disappointed How would they like to live by an infill housing next to them Building duplex is much more desirable then a 8 family unit. How would they like to have cats on front of your house 34/7. We clean the snow for our guests and they take the space Hello

Please start listening to the people who you represent. NO ONE wants these infills in their neighbour hood!

The neighbourhood we thought we bought into has drastically changed. We've lost natural lighting and privacy at the expense of densification. There has to be a balance between densification and respecting existing neighborhoods.

These large infills need to stop. Every new place being built should always have parking for 2 vehicles per unit.

Allowing such infill practices is truly insane and only made worse with no parking provisions!

Time to slow down this terrible housing development law.

We have worked hard to live in a single family home/neighbourhood with a private backyard and respectful neighbours. Our property taxes are going through the roof while property values instantly drop as these atrocious infills pop up, bringing a slew of problems with them. Enough tax greed, councillors and mayor; have some respect for longstanding property owners and tax payers!

Many of these infill things are huge eyesores, with little to no control over what they are used for once approved to be built. Calgary has taken a step in the right direction!!

These 8 and 6 unit infills will destroy neighborhoods with garbage, no places to park on street and infringe on people’s privacy and block sun for solar panels and for gardens people enjoy. Disgusting decision by city council.

A few have gone up in my neighborhood with no on site parking. I find they are an eyesore and change the entire look of any neighborhood.
