It’s unbelievable what’s happening with the infill in this city!! You work all your life to buy a home and in an instant it changes. I remember when we wanted to move our fences, that was an experience that took months. These infills seem to be up in a very short time!! No permits? You’re ruining our communities.

As a life long Edmontonian who is a retired realtor for 30 plus years and a prior home builder, I am sad and angry that the city has removed the zoning bylaws that have been in place forever.

The zoning bylaws changes should be restricted to areas that are close to LRT and not be blanket zoning for the whole city.

We as home owner need to have a say in anything beside a single family home built beside us. Anything more will bring down the value of our home and the city does not care about that
Please stop these monster houses being built in our neighbourhoods!!!!

It causes too much parking also on our streets as too many cars park on the road and they don’t park in their yard or garage there is no room on the street for all these cars on our narrow streets!!!!! When you have to cross the road your in the middle of the street to make sure no cars are coming!!!!

I have friends in areas in the city that the infills are going in. The infills look ridiculous and lower the value of those around

Why does city council allow 10 suite apartment buildings on a single residential lot? Check 11313-102 street - 8 units in main building and 2 garage suites. For rental only. Neighbourhood lost one inexpensive home for family possibly and gained a 10 suite apartment with 2 onsite parking stalls.

This allowance of 6 and 8 unit structures in community that invested in single and duplex structures is a break in contract… I didnt buy to have 20 people renting one lot in my nieghborhood. What a mess

This predatory infill is out of hand and is destroying the integrity of this city. Stop destroying our neighborhoods, our privacy, our personal space, and our rights.
