I don’t agree with the building of infills in residential areas. Put new buildings, 3 stories and up together in a separate neighbourhood

No infills in older neighbourhoods - period!!

I am against the city's plan for large multiplexes! One parking unit must be provided per housing unit. Current infrastructure was not built with these large units in mind. Please reduce the number of units to skinnies and garage suites.

I have one of these monster homes being built next to me and my small bungalow. I know our sewer system is strong enough to accommodate 8 plex volume. It is so wrong. It has cost a lot of stress in our household, that we are separating and having to sell

Must have parking. Maximum oof four units.

My neighborhood is being flooded with these multi unit builds.

This is out of control and must be stopped and come back with far more collaboration with the homeowners.

Multiplex Infill going up across the street

This is not responsible infill and needs to be stopped now. It is reducing property values where ever it occurs taking more money out of taxpayers pockets. Our cities councillors are not listening to their constituents

I agree the city needs to get more dense. But to allow for large scale multi plex options where buildings and homes have been for over 50 years. Is not working nor does it take into consideration the people who live there.

Stop destroying some of the most beautiful, historical, enjoyable, character filled aspects of our city.

There has been little thought put into this process and these infills in general do not fit in our community.

The rezoning of our neighborhoods approving large scale development is ruining single family homes and putting a stress on the whole neighborhood.

It would be a lovely change to have our city council actually hear their constituents concerns

Stop this ridiculous nonsense!!! You are messing very negatively with people’s lives. I invite any council members to live next to one of these multiplexes and see how they like it!!
