I live in Parkview where one developer has has bought 11 bungalows on 88 Avenue and will replace them with small rental apartment buildings. This increase in density will very negatively impact the liveability of our street.

I feel the City is endangering lives with the way it is doing things - narrowing roads, too many units on a residential lot, etc.

Our city is being demolished by the city council. Enough is enough. Living in a dictatorship is not what I pay taxes for.

We need to grow properly not rapidly

There is a infill being built right beside my house. There will be 8 different families living there. It will block all East sunlight and there will be no parking. Right now there is a giant hole that has been there all summer filled with water breeding mosquitoes. It’s horrible.

City Hall requires more reality and logic in their planning and less inexperienced utopian outlooks. They need to take their blinders off open their ears and listen to their citizens. They need to focus on important issues rather then dreams.

This is complete BS - if I wanted to live by an apartment I would have purchased my home beside one

It’s utterly unregulated which is a complete embarrassment to the city

I do not agree with how multi family landfills are being added to mature communities

I really don't feel this is being done in a responsible manner.

living next door to a multifamily dwelling you have multiplied noise level, multiple people to deal with when there are challenges along with a towering property next door that blocks sunlight into your house and your yard/garden as well as interfers with privacy in both too. If you have an 11 unit built next to your house(like a person I know) and each has two people with two cars and the whole property is taken up with building and no parking space where do 22 cars park.

Myself or a family member has lived in this neighborhood of Athlone since 1966. It’s a quiet, peaceful location and should not be made to change to having an 8-plex next door. Already there. Is a unit being built on the corner of 135 st & 132 ave. I don’t mind change/update but to smaller housing.

We don't pay you to destroy our dreams and property value. You are supposed to be FOR the people, not against us!! No parking, no proper sewage and water supply, not light for the neighboring houses, So inconsiderate and incredibly unkind. You are not FOR us the home owner, You are against us!!

This is just another example of government overreach with no consideration for the private individual. It reeks of communism.

It’s being done without proper consultation and ruining mature quiet neighbour hoods !!

Because it makes sense. Because what’s going on now doesn’t make sense. Enough of giving in to minority lobbyists. There is much land that can be developed in this province and country. The immigrants can help build it with their own sweat, like we did, instead of getting handouts.

I live in a mature neighbourhood with an abundance of infills. City council please change your minds!!!

When neighbours are zoned for single family living it should stay that way. Parking is already issues in neighborhoods without adding more.

Don’t want infill

This is being done without proper consultation and consideration for existing residence. It's ruining quiet mature neighborhoods.
