I stand with the workers.

This untoward deterioration in bank- staff relations is a worrying sign.

They need to do better. Their staff shouldn't be on strike at the moment

Fix what is broken.

Your customer service sucks.

I've been hearing about 1st National treating staff poorly, and paying low wages for years. It really needs to be addressed.

Please pay the staff, they do deserve much better than that. For the oldest banking institution on island I expected better. Maybe I should have joined another bank

Elect fresh young minds on the board. People who are humane, people who have a heart. . The board and management of 1st National Bank have no respect or regard for staff.

1st national need to treat their staff better than they have been doing. As one of the no. 1 banking establishments on island, better is expected of them. They staff are who we see and interact with, not the GM or board members. There should be a change in management and board cause clearly they're the reason for staff being so dissatisfied with their working environment

The workers are always very courteous and helpful, they deserver to be treated well, after all, they are the ones who provide the excellent customer service

Shame shame shame! The staff were picketing right in front of the real police... right there on Bridge Street and it was peaceful. Yhere was no need for their intervention. Why was there a need then to get the City Police involved? Because the arrogant mayor who is also a BOARD member has jurisdiction over the CITY police and not the RSLPF. NO way would a trained RSLPF officer go and stand guard for a private institution. This is a blatant abuse of power by the Mayor and a blatant conflict of interest as a member of the Bank's Board! This calls for the intervention of the powers that be! The MAYOR NEEDS TO GO! SHE NEEDS TO RESIGN FROM THE BOARD TOO! Too much is allowed to slide in this country. And the bank deserves NO AWARDS!

1st National is incredibly unfair to their employees and I will not tolerate it!

For all my years working at this institution, it has been nothing but pure disrespect. Many have come. Many have gone and come again and it's the same disrespect. Working people like donkeys and then to feel like we have no right to ask for what is rightfully ours. Awa. Dem too wicked!!! They have no sort of empathy for staff and the conflict of interest, is mad crazy!! I'm just sick and tired of it all. And yall want awards??!! Yall really have heart and no shame!!!!! Yall deserve NOTHING!!! Yall too wicked man. Yall not treating people like that.
