I have found the service at 1st National to be deplorable. I'm also signing in solidarity with staff for better pay.

I hope this petition causes the Management of 1st Narional to do some serious introspection. When you turn on your prized assets such as your loyal employees this is the result. They are the ones who work hard to earn the bank these awards...NOT THE BOARD, but the lowly employees who you lock outside in the hot sun, the employees you treat with disdain, the employees you refuse to compensate fairly. When your customers suffer because you treat your staff badly this is the result. Your actions are selfish and inconsiderate and not worthy of any reward.

Employees are the backbone of any organization, I am of the view that their concerns has to be given attention. This bank is all I know the staff are exceptional. I am on their side.

Poor customer service. Archaic system and practices. Banking license should be suspended, that's what needs to happen. Lots of horror stories with people doing business with this place.

They don't deserve it. They should find a better way to handle their grievances.

It’s baffling to see this bank up for an award considering how they treat their staff. Recognitions should be based on values like fairness, transparency, and employee well-being. Giving this bank an award would only reward bad behavior and ignore the real issues.

Pay them their wages each day before sunset, because they are poor and counting on it. Otherwise they may cry to the Lord against you and you will be guilty of sin. Deuteronomy 24:15.
