Thanks to everyone who signed the petition. Mission Accomplished in that they did not win a single award, however staff have still NOT received what is owed to them!

A bunch of narcissistic clowns running the bank... they can't take that staff stand up to them and demand better. The Mayor who is a mother, loves to showcase her son, but brought in City Police to bully other people's children. Tanto tanto

It once was a good bank, now it's the worse bank. They rewarded all staff members who didn't strike with grocery vouchers, what a joke. Who is running this bank? the three stooges? No wonder the good staff members keep leaving this bank.

Based on how things have been progressing at the bank, this award seems like a farce

Undue advantage should not be exercised in staff relations when it appears, based on the circumstances, that staff have been reasonable in their demands.

I’m in agreeable with this petition as the bank has shown that it has greater interest in protecting themselves than in serving its employees or the public. As a customer I’ve experienced this dishonesty and lack of accountability first hand.

I applaud any group of young people who know their worth and stand up for their rights! I applaud them for keeping their cool in a situation that could have escalated like the one in Martinique. We often call on the youth to respect their elders, but we hardly call on the elders to respect the youth. The BOARD at the bank is disrespectful, arrogant, and spiteful towards the young progressive professionals. They are archaic in their thinking and still believe that young people should respect their elders, but the elders are not obligated to respect them. They need to go! NOW! These young people are the ones responsible for any accolades the bank would receive because they are the customer servers whose professionalism, courtesy and dedication to an ungrateful Bank make customers want to come back! Therefore if you can't treat them well you don't deserve any award that comes from THIER hard work and dedication

The Bank needs to treat staff with respect and basic human dignity as guaranteed under various international conventions to which Saint Lucia is a party.

What has St. Lucia become; who is expected to carry the voice of the worker?

The bank CAN pay. It is the GREED of the Board members because they are only interested in their own pockets. What upsets me most is these people have children who they wouldn't want to see anyone take advantage of but here they are abusing, victimizing and disrespecting young people! Madam Mayor you are a mother! Cab Sec you are a father! Madam Senator Francis your are a mother! Shame on yall! Labour Minsiter your husband is advisor to the bank...conflict of inerest much? It had to take Guy Joseph to speak out before the Prime Minister could even address this issue. I guess Bank Staff don't contribute as much as your Youth Economy. Shame in you too!

Totally shameful. If the bank can not keep their promise to their staff, that makes them not credible.

Blatant disregard for worker's rights, abuse of power and obvious disrespect for Labour Department.
