I know the City of Seattle and King County employees are working to make our homeless programs more transparent and accountible. I am signing as one of many dozens of people I have recently spoken to who do not see this accountability as of yet.

Ballard resident. The public deserves to be provided with verifiable information, transparency and accountability for public funds spent to make sure they are being spent wisely and effectively.

After months of waiting for the unauthorized encampment under the Ballard Bridge to be cleaned up, and a fire the night before, a clean up and removal was done last week. Today there are already 5 tents back up.
