Air Asia pilots are most disappointed as there is no association to represent us and the so called managers of ours are just looking after their personal benefits and not that of the workforce.
I sincerely hope we will get fair treatment and given what we deserve.

Contract has many grey areas. Is disappointing and discouraging. Also it does not meet industry standards
Air India pilots have only brought glory to Air India in all these years . Ace pilots shouldn’t bear the brunt of management issues.
Unfair Managment
We had many hopes and aspirations when we became a Tata concern… Most importantly we thought we would be valued We are still hopeful!
