Urgent intervention required. Exploitative practices directly affecting the basic dignity of pilot as an employee and integral part of the organisation.

Sir, you and your company have taken the most need step to the Indian Aviation growth.
You need to retain the Indian talent in India, your kind consideration to compensate the employees as per the world’s best Airlines will go a long way in building a world call airline. Unlike other industry front runners the Avituon industry front runners ie pilots have a high risk and with no margin for error while compromising of the social and family life also the disturbed sleep pattern has toll on the health in long run. So to say TATA HR has to consider differently when dealing with pilots.
You kind intervention on matter will go a long way in building a world class airline

Dear Mr Tata,
There are people with little or no aviation background ruining this industry. I hope you listen to us and help us in improving the working environment and restore the glory of aviation as it was in the past.

The provision of accepting frequent roster changes is in clear contravention of the laid down regulations of this country, which requires the operator to give the crew a planned schedule of at least 7 days, so that the crew can ensure that they manage their fatigue/rest appropriately. Additionally, the management seems to forget that respect is a two-way street, you shouldn't have to demand it but take the employees on board and have them share your vision.
