I strongly agree with this petition. As a father what happened hurts and can’t imagine the pain of the family. Commissioner O’Neil honor this young man who’s life was stolen so young. Something in my heart tells me he would had wore PD’s color with honor and pride

I agree he served police explorers in a tough tow and he was loyal. The way he was brutally killed deserves a memorandum and to be recognized. Out of respect!.
