This was a future Officer, he deserves his Honor since he didn't have the chance of fulfilling his dream because his life was cut short . He died being a part of your service , your training and now he deserves this HONOR TO COME. HIS DAYS HERE , HE LIVED RIGHT AND DID WELL . EARNED A GREAT DEAL OF RESPECT AS HE RESPECTED OTHER .
