Request to the government food authority to monitor food quality

It has
recently come to my attention that many of the food products available to us
consumers on the market are tampered with and toxic to the human body. It is
with great urgency that I request the food authority to look into the unethical
practices that are being used to manufacture the produce available to us for
consumption. I will highlight issues that have come to my attention regarding
several popularly consumed products that are widely available on the market. Upon
research I have found that the milk sold to us on the market has thickeners,
preservatives, and milk substitutes added to it. Real milk is not being used in
milk products and many of the chemicals added to the milk being sold are very
dangerous for our bodies in the long run. Many of the chemicals being used such
as preservatives and thickeners can cause problems like weight gain, cancer,
and improper nourishment. The next item of concern is the red chili powder
available on the market. Talking to many people in the food business has made
me realize that additives and substitutes are also being used to make these
powders. Red chili powder manufacturers often add the same materials used to
make red bricks into their products. In addition to the red brick materials
there also many chemicals added. Out of all of these manufacturers it is the
meat producers who have the most horrific and dishonest practices in the food
industry. Meats such as donkey meat often substituted for beef and mutton as it
is often cheaper for meat sellers to butcher and use the meat from dead or sick
donkeys that can no longer work. Chickens that die during transport to meat
processing plants are also sold cheaper to small butcher shops where they are
butchered and sold on the market. Lastly in order to grow these animals faster
and make them larger a lot of hormones and chemicals are used which cause many
health issues for the humans who consume these animals. We would be grateful if
you could take urgent notice of this petition and ensure that officers are sent
to monitor food quality and persecute those involved in unethical practices.
