Bishop Soto, why is it that we went through a year of mercy declared by Pope Francis and you have not shown us any in this case? Why is it that Father Tim N. is still listed in the Diocesan Directory and Father Leatherby is not? You are not only punishing a good, holy and innocent priest, you are punishing a large group of Orthodox Catholics who miss their pastor, a man who not only served as our shepherd but brought many people into the church.

Fr. Jeremy is clearly a priest who loves the Church and is devoted to his ministry as a priest. It is one of the great injustices of our time that he is being kept from his ministry. Please reinstate him to his rightful place In Persona Christi.
