Sub: Suit filed in Sessions Court Mumbai against DADAR CLUB by Catering Contractor
Firstly, we Members wish to thank the BOT, Adv Harish Pawar and the Managing Committee Members Mr. Vinay Karve, Mr. Vivek Gadgil and Mr. Mandar Ghosalkar for ensuring that come what may, despite all the odds, the said suit was fought, argued (by Adv Harish Pawar) to receive a favourable order. This we are sure comes as a huge sigh of relief to all of you and so does for every member of our Club, who cannot be thankful and grateful enough to all of you.
It is not often that we are faced with such adversities but when we are, how we face and confront them is of utmost importance!
Having said the above, it is also important now to reflect on the causes leading to this suit and take strong and decisive permanent action to ensure this does not repeat.
We request the BOT to investigate the causes, take facts on record into consideration to take strong and punitive action against all those responsible.
It is sad to note that some Members were working against the interest of our Club, conspiring, and indulging in anti-Club activities - with a deliberate intent of WEAKENING our (Club’s) arguments in the Honorable Court hearing the matter.
We therefore sincerely request the BOT to strong and punitive action against these Members without losing any more time.
Enough damage has been done to our Club already and all such Members responsible should be severely punished as such acts cannot be condoned or ignored anymore if our Club has to improve and come out of the current situation.

The volume of support for this demand has reached a level that requires a formal response from the Board of Trustees. I am currently organizing the documentation to present these findings during the next scheduled committee briefing.

Decision taken during agm.some members were to resign...they still not have. Trustee pls take fast & proper decision. For benefit of dadar club
Let bygones be bygones and start afresh... make the club a great place.. all members are with the BOT.
Thanks for taking up the cause and the prompt action. Definitely a good time for the club to recheck its governance processes and make them solid than ever.
Kudos to the team who handled the case so efficiently. This is such a low to know that fellow members are involved in anti-club activities.
Time for CLEAN UP! Enough of this incompetence and mismanagement, the Club needs solid GOVERNANCE now.
Hopefully this will improve now and the trustees will get serious about the way things are managed regarding the club . Enough of nonsense has been going on

Membership No : L1855 Dear Trustees, I see zero entrepreneurial engagement of managing committee, no accountability...please fix up the accountability...let the MC own the consequences of their own decisions...gym episode and now the caterer episode...it’s really pathetic...absolutely zero ownership and the MC is not having any entrepreneurial engagement to run the show...incompetency at peak...please help the club...please support to improve from current position...
