It'd be nice to see this economic growth in Chico. Currently people go all over the state, driving a minimum of an hour away to make cannabis purchases. That money could be staying in the community. Wouldn't that be fantastic? We could really use the boost. Thanks!

Business owner. Born and raised in Chico, CA. If done correctly. Cannabis can help our community a lot more than people might realize.

This is long overdue. City residents voted overwhelmingly to support legal cannabis. In addition, we need jobs and business in Chico as never before. Let's get this done.

Please allow personal liberty for cannabis, just like you do for the 2nd amendment. Let's move this discussion into the 21st century!

The city council, staff and advisory committee have done a tremendous amount of work on this ordinance. It was on the agenda for first reading on March 17th. It’s understandable that it was pushed back when the health crisis came about. Time to cross the finish line!

WE are all brke due to this god damn hoax and we need a way to pay for our very existence. 25 dollars per planet tag fees for every garden, all money going to help our neighbors affected by the plandemic hoax, 50 plant maximum per property!

Cannabis has been proven time and again to have properties that help people with a myriad of health problems, including mental health of course which is so important in these times of severe anxiety and change. There is no justification, none, for creating barriers to public access to cannabis.

Safe access is vital for Butte County, and revenue is vital to our fiscal rebound as well.

I no longer live in Butte Co., so strike my name if that’s requirement (but I’d consider moving back if they pass this initiative)
