These tax dollars can stay in our community or they can go elsewhere. These boutique businesses are an untapped resource... please stop pretending like prohibition curves use. Same use with none of the tax benefits. The onus of that decision falls 100 percent on you.

Very wise words! I can legally go to Sacramento and pick up, store it in my trunk, and take it home all legally. Its time Chico realizes cannabis is here to stay. Why wouldn't a town consider accepting the potential millions in tax revenue they'd get? Chico could really use some help.
