Up until last week, I could always count on being greeted with a smile and kind words when I called or stopped by the office. Any outage I reported was always investigated immediately. The personalization and attention to detail that Kelly and Leslie have provided are what make everyone feel like an important part of the community.

Please reinstate these two wonderful ladies. They are a valuable asset in our community.
