Request reconsideration on termination - Leslie & Kelly

Kelly and Leslie have been such a blessing. They provide true customer service and their positions at cvec should be reconsidered. These ladies care for the community and treat everyone like they are family. You truly feel a warm welcome with them.

Give these ladies their jobs back. You should have more people who think about your people. That keeps customers.

As a member of CVEC, I respectfully ask the Board of Directors and CEO conduct an in-depth investigation of the circumstances surrounding the recent termination of Kelly and Leslie. I've received stellar customer service from both of them when handling my personal account as well as when assisting clients with their personal accounts. They truly care about the residents of our county. Thank you for your consideration!

I have several rental properties ~ I have had people moving in & out & I can call Leslie Haga anytime (even if it's on a weekend),, I could send her a message on Facebook and she will immediately get back with me as soon as she is in the office ...she has been so helpful to me the whole 15 years that I've lived in Fluvana County . I cannot imagine her not being there any longer ! Please reconsider and put she and Kelly back in the office~ please

Kelly has awesome customer service! It's who u have working for it that makes the business and customer service is the number one thing u have to have she is an asset to this company

Please reconsider your decision these ladies are the reason a lot of us drive to pay our bills instead of mailing them they are very helpful and super nice

These 2 ladies were dedicated employees. They were there at work during black outs, snow storms-- what ever, they were there at their desk, away from their families, so we could be at our houses with our family's. The personal attention they gave always went above and beyond. They knew every one that came in the office- to the point they would ask how your parents were, they knew if some one was sick in the family and would ask after them. They demonstrated a level of customer service and compassion that in my opinion was above reproach. A level of service that no longer exists in a world where money matters over people, and customers are only a number. Personal, small town service from a member owned electric company. Who else can say they are treated this way any where else you pay a bill? No one can. This doesn't happen anymore in our modern world

Please reconsider these ladies as they were a wonderful asset to that office. They were always so helpful in every way

Kelly has the best customer service skills and has gone out of her way to make sure that the business I work for has been able to catch up and now pay on time!

They are very hard working young ladies and very missed!

I am a local business owner and minister, on many occasions I have been witness to the exemplary service these two young ladies have given to our cooperative, and community. These two amazing ladies are the best at there jobs, their smiles when you walked in the door would make anyone's bad day turn into a great day!!! Totally think this was a bad decision on cvec part, those two ladies were the best part about going in and paying my light bill every month!!!
