These are the best two lady's this company could have. They are such good people and very helpful. Please give there job back.

Have always shown utmost professionalism and in a world of not helping one another the compassion shown without embarrassment has exemplified how a great company should be represented!

I feel if you didnt like what they had done you shouldve given them a warning before firing them.

I was recently helping someone resolve some issues from an old account that had gone to collections. Kelly was so helpful and Assured me that this would be cleared off his credit. Sure enough it was all wiped clean once account was paid off in full. Kelly just was so supportive and understanding. You don't get everyday customer service like this anymore. It was a pleasure dealing with Kelly.

These women need to be placed back in their positions!!! CVEC is amazing with them and they serviced the customers with the up most respect and helped everyone.

It's VERY hard to find people with a heart anymore and therefore I feel these two ladies did not deserve to lose their jobs what so ever!!! So sorry to hear of this and I do hope you both are given your jobs back and if that's not what you want, when one door closes another will open!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with my numerous interactions with Leslie Haga and Kelly Kirschnick. I have to set up and manage accounts for properties I manage through my real estate business and dealing with these two ladies makes my job pleasant and tolerable. These two ladies have always provided excellent customer service . I have never been in to pay a bill without being greeted with a smile. They remember customers by name which you don't see very much of now a days. In recent years CVEC has let other employees with a long standing employment be terminated . I would very much like to see great employees rewarded not treated disrespectfully. I don't the info surrounding CVEC decision but as a customer, I would like for them to reconsider.

These two ladies were wonderful with the customers and always tried helping those of us that needed a little help sometimes. It is very sad that they lost their jobs trying to help the community! Please reconsider their jobs...

Leslie is the most polite and caring people you have working at Central Va Electric. She actually cares about the customer, I had an issue with my electric bill and tried to call in to discuss with someone. I spoke to 2 different people that basically told me oh well, deal with it. I was lucky enough to get intouch with leslie. She took the time to listen to me and my problem. Come to find out after explaining my problem and leslie looking into it. The problem was on CvaE side. CvaE had made a mistake, leslie was the only person who took the time to look into it. Thats the kind of employee you should want working for you. Not the two extremely rude ladies I had to deal with before Leslie.

Both very helpful when we needed help while our son was sick. Please reconsider this.

They are both amazing woman and will help with whatever it is you need. They greet you with a smile.

I always had got excellent customer service with both women. If I owned a business, I would definitely hire them both.

These two girls are the only reason we even go down to the co op.. Great at their jobs and to have the amount of service in that they have, and let go with out any warning at all is ridiculous

Two great ladies! They definitely deserve better than what they have received. COMMUNITY. That is what they served and did a wonderful job. Serving the public is one of the hardest jobs to have and they have done it for so long with professionalism and compassion!
