Please save this beautiful oasis in the desert. It was built by my parents back in the early 1960s. It continues to be a valuable and beautiful asset to our community. Please don't let this little slice of Antelope Valley history fade away. It has so many benefits to our community.

Everything is taking a hit these days, but one thing we in the AV need to be better at is supporting our recreational activities by voicing our concerns and desires for our community. When the community speaks (especially as a whole) the better chance things are listed to. Good luck!

Ranch Sierra Golf course with its beautiful park like setting is not only an affordable golfers paradise but a haven for mulliple bird species and wild life. It's Lancaster's only golf course and its a beauty!!
In the words of James Brown:
"Please Please Don't Go"

migrating birds and other local wild life depend on the water source to be above ground. This golf course provides that opportunity and must not be taken away...

Please renegotiate the water rights for this golf course. I have only played it twice, but I know the course I play most would be heavily impacted by having to accommodate golfers from both courses.

Please don’t take away yet another activity in the AV that people of various ages can enjoy. It’s a place for kids to learn, people to go and relax as they enjoy some golf or even those who are retired who enjoy it for relaxation and exercise. Please be mindful of these things beyond the financial concerns. My husband and I enjoy playing golf there as a way to get out and enjoy an activity and time together.

It would be a shame to force a local company, which is used extensively by local valley residents, to close their doors!

Great course for beginner golfers! I learned how to play at these courses 4 years ago and still enjoy going today!
