Class of 2007 - I support every piece of this petition. And it is long overdue. My experience at St. Catherine’s and St. Christopher’s was racist and misogynistic.

Class of 99. I support this petition and expect action to be taken. Even after 20+ years it's unfortunate to see that the demographics, especially black girls, looks exactly the same as it did when I was there. Your efforts may have increased diversity at the elementary level however what actions are you taking to ensure you retain these young women so that they are able to graduate? If it's a financial component, then there is work to be done to ensure that's not a barrier for smart, intelligent black and brown women. In addition, along with hiring someone who is dedicated to Diversity, if you are really serious about Diversity you need to invest in a team. The work is too important for it to rest on one person. I'm happy to help in anyway possible.
