I agree with this wholeheartedly and support such 100 percent! The government needs to evaluate this problem with real urgency and find an amicable solution as soon as possible... This Property Industry has been severally effected, and this sector of the economy left totally in the dark regarding registrations (deeds office/ clearance certificates - municipal, sectional title administration.) and realtors not being able to arrange viewings or to show properties...

Yes we pay our taxes and doing the work acording to the EAAB code of conduct, and being a new bussiness who got two admin and 16 agents we now ask you Mr President to help us

I am a commission only agent and with the deeds office and municipal being closed we have no income, myself and my husband both work with re/max and are independent contractors we have not been paid any commission since Jan. It is a very desperate situation we are finding ourselves in. Please relax the restriction on the departs to get sales registered, this would help us a great deal.

Buyers and sellers are the hardest affectected . The entire value chain , the deeds office , conveyancers , bond originaters , real estate practioners are negatively affected . Procols for the Corvit 19 will be strictly implemented .
