Our estate agents have no income. Me and my husband amd children is agents and working only on commission. We are a family of 5 and my housekeeper is 6. I must pay her also cause she is the only bread winner providing for her family of 7. Can we please get a debt relieve,payment vacation for all our debt for at least 6 months. After lockdown, when i sell a property i will have to wait 3 months for registration to get paid. Because the deeds office and council is closed (clearance certificates), my other transactions cant get registered. We will lose everything, i can not pay my water and lights, buy food for my family. Please assist our estate agents. Be blessed.

I as an Estate Agent, pay tax to the Government. I only earn commissions 3 months after I close a deal. With the deeds office and council closed, no estate agent will be earning any money. We will not be able to pay our debts at the end of April 2020.
Please either open the deeds office and council with skeleton staff or arrange for support for agents.
