The situation is very unstable as of right now and there is no way students can efficiently or effectively study with the war currently on going, students are in fear for their lives and are experiencing higher levels of anxiety and stress due to it , which could lead to undeserved bad results.

Honestly, a lot of students feel like Edexcel exams should be cancelled because they put way too much pressure on one moment. Everything you’ve learned over months or even years comes down to a few hours, and if you’re stressed, sick, or just having a bad day, it can seriously mess up your result. That doesn’t really show what you’re capable of. On top of that, not everyone has the same support or resources, so it’s not even a fair playing field. Things like coursework and classwork feel more realistic because they show your effort over time, not just how you perform under pressure. Getting rid of these exams and focusing on that instead would honestly feel a lot fairer for most students.
