This reminds me of when I fought in war, and now my grandkids are forced to get kaboomed. Enlist them! We can go and smush that country probably. I didn't lose my arm, and the prosthetic arm for my lost arm just to roll over to a couple oversized butt plugs. GLORY BE!
I wasn’t planning on going to the market that morning. My knees had already decided the weather was against me, even though the sky looked like it had been freshly washed. Still, I found myself halfway down the street before I remembered why I left—something about apples, or maybe just the idea of them.
They used to call me John Johnny “The Hammer” Johnathan. Not because I built anything worth keeping, but because I broke things fast and loud. These days, I can barely crack an egg without thinking about it too much. Funny how names stick longer than strength does. The pavement felt softer than usual under my shoes, like it might give way if I asked it politely enough.
At the market, everything looked… arranged. Not just placed—arranged, like someone had whispered to each fruit where it belonged. I stood in front of a pile of oranges and felt this sudden, sharp sadness, like I’d forgotten a very important person’s face. A kid brushed past me and laughed, and I swear it echoed longer than it should have, like the sound got lost on its way out.
I picked up an apple eventually. It was heavier than I expected. I turned it over in my hand and thought about how many things I’ve held that are gone now—tools, hands, reasons. The apple didn’t care. It just existed, perfectly round, like it had figured something out I never did.
I didn’t buy it.
I just put it back and stood there a while longer, pretending I was deciding. But really, I was waiting to feel like myself again, and when that didn’t happen, I walked home slowly, hoping maybe I’d run into whoever I used to be along the way.

Due to a lack of time spent in school, we have struggled to even complete the courses for some subjects. Also the disruption has created lots of anxiety for myself and other students making it very difficult to study effectively not allowing us to achieve the grades we deserve.

I think exams should be canceled because online learning has been very poor and so many people come and disturb lessons and teachers complain about it and I don't have time to learn properly

Our children haven’t had consist of and enough time to prepare for these mocks face-to-face with their teachers almost being left to teach themselves.

The war will definitely continue and likely escalate which makes us have to do online. However I think schools should use our mocks and boost them up which would be the only fair alternative

it's deeply hurtful that we have to sit these exams in these tedious times. we should have the freedom to spend such moments with no stress and lessened workload. we are at a grave disadvantage to the UK. these exams should be cancelled, much like the others have been.
