Request for ADS national board to publish board meeting minutes, recordings, and financial reports

It is sad and heart breaking to see our beloved society at its lowest level! Our community members have lost faith in this society due to the ill and wrong doing of its board members who are after personal favors. It is a shame to have some of the current executive board members representing us the way they have. We are belittled and ridiculed by other respectable organizations. It is evident that any dysfunctional behavior exhibited by this society stems from its leaders. Our Society is now tainted and as members of this organization we are entitled to transparency. The current board is illegally withholding their financial reports and minutes from their members. By law, as a nonprofit organization all information related to the running of the organization should be public information and available to the general membership. The resistance of the National Board to have this information available to its members makes all scared of what lies beneath and threatens the integrity of our organization. Such behavior is a true embarrassment for generations to come! I appeal to all members to sign and help saving our ADS!

No offense intended, the official ADS documents must be transparent so they can be simply reviewed by anyone.

I strongly agree that it is our right as paid ADS members to be informed of all contents and results of all board meetings. After all we are living in a free democratic country that respects humans rights.
