Request for BART to reconsider pushing back their weekday service start

Not able to get to work on time with this change. What about ending service an hour earlier, does it affect more or less people doing that??

This would be a huge impact on the construction and financial industry workers. I would request BART take a hard look again to understand the impact.

Many, many people rely on BART's early morning service to get to work and appointments on time. Cutting these hours would significantly, and negatively impact many people who have come to rely on BART. Please do not roll back BART's morning hours.

This is ridiculous. If the BART directors ever worked real jobs in the private sector maybe they would understand that businesses that deal with the East Coast have earlier start times.

Our employers are not just going to simply allow us to arrive an hour late. This is unacceptable for those of us that work on E Coast time. What is BART planning on doing with the hordes of people that ride in the 4am hour?? The 5am trains are already packed. With voters having approved Measure RR, a $3.5 billion bond, there should be enough $ to hire more work crews to perform maintenance.

I work on the west coast with an east coast schedule. Being in early everyday is a part of my job and BART currently allows me the opportunity to do that. Removing my schedule would put my job at risk.

I have a lot of clients on the East Coast so I have to be at my desk by 5:15, I can't do that coming from Walnut Creek Station. Having 6K more riders trying to check a 5 o'clock train would be a dumb thing to do.

Certainly there can be a solution other than to cut hours. If NYC transit can run 24hrs/day and perform maintenance, I would think BART can as well

It's great to see public transportation not serving the public. Not everyone in the Bay Area works a 9-5 job. Maybe BART should hire a few statisticians to replace some of the bloated overpaid board

I have already been inconvenienced by the change from the Concord trains to Pleasant Hill trains and now I will be further inconvenienced by missing my 4:27 am from Concord to get to work.

Very detrimental to all those in the construction and finance industries. This will dampen economic activity overall and cause more vehicular traffic, neither of which we need.

BART needs MORE trains, not less!! All this will do is cause more traffic even earlier in the morning and inconvenience those who must work east coast hours. BART remains the only decent option in the Bay Area for public transport. It's a shame they're considering reducing trains when we should be looking at having more trains.

BART needed from 4am from airport to Embarcadero. Only reliable means of transport during early hours and essential for anyone working in Finance (east coast hours).

BART is already crowded at 5am. We need more trains running not fewer.

I live in Hercules and need to be at work at 5:30am in San Francisco Transamerica building. This will cause me to be late by over half-an-hour which is not good for my work, customers, or me.

This will cause chaos for us early commuters!
