Dear Mr. Roger,

On behalf of the signatories below (namely parents of al-Dhafrah school students), I would like to request a 25% reduction in school fees for Term 3.

In light of the current circumstances, many of us have been faced with salary cuts, layoffs and an uncertain future in the months ahead. Furthermore, since students have been at home since early March, the school's operational costs, electricity bills, custodial services have been minimal. The pressure on parents in terms managing the online education program, the amount of printouts our children must do to continue their studies (for some parents this means 3 or 4 children, paper and ink cartridge costs) and the personal time that parents spend with their children to ensure learning is carried out optimally.

We kindly request that you seriously consider relieving some of the financial burden on us. For those of us who have already paid any outstanding amounts, we request that the fee reductions will be applied for the next academic year fees.

We hope that we can all work together during these hard times.
