This Act is archaic and well past its best before date

Please act now, to carry a negative label through life, each person has the right to life, to dignity, to equality.

Equality rights for humans

inclusion is a right and entitlement of all regardless of place of origin, gender or label of ability/health........ grow our mindset!

This legislation is well past its best for date

Should of been done years ago

parents of service users need much more of a say in all decisions regarding their loved ones. They still our sons and daughters, Management in Service Providers seem to think they now belong to them

we have the rights as human beings and equality

Just do it!

I do think that the lunacy act makes people vulnerable to being taken advantage of even if it is for a short period of their life. The decision made by other people affects the rest of their lives. They should have a right to be treated like everyone else in my mind.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Your life your choice

We need to repeal this act and protect our citizens affected by the outdated law in this regard.

How an act like this can still be in place hundreds of years later
