parents of service users need much more of a say in all decisions regarding their loved ones. They still our sons and daughters, Management in Service Providers seem to think they now belong to them

I do think that the lunacy act makes people vulnerable to being taken advantage of even if it is for a short period of their life. The decision made by other people affects the rest of their lives. They should have a right to be treated like everyone else in my mind.
