Section 13 is officially repealed. This victory belongs to the 1,067 people who backed this campaign when the odds were against us. Keep a close watch on the new policies to ensure this freedom remains protected.
We, the undersigned, urge Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper to repeal Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.
We reject any and all attempts to stifle robust political debate in this country, and to quash freedom of expression-no matter how supposedly offensive it is perceived to be.
We denounce the frivolous and reprehensible use of the CHRC system to silence so-called politically incorrect speech, and strongly reject its wish to control not only what individuals may publish, but to control and shape the actual private thoughts of individuals on controversial issues. We will not be robbed of our consciences and our freedom of thought. We urge you to act now.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper: FIRE. THEM. ALL.
We need to hit the one thousand signature mark to force a response from the Prime Minister. Post this link on Facebook right now and text three friends to demand they sign today.

The idea that the govt can tell you what you are allowed to think is terrifying. Repeal it now.

This whole thing is a joke. Its time to stop wasting tax money on shutting down debates. Enough is enough.
