Canada's Official Opposition must immediately launch a systematic and comprehensive investigation into the current Liberal-NDP coalition government for Crimes Against Humanity, including conspiracy to commit genocide, based upon the following statutes of international law and the Prime Minister's own recent comments.

1. Prime Minister Trudeau's comments to French media regarding "toleration" of the unvaccinated on Dec. 29, 2021 violated Canada's Hate Speech laws and represent a direct threat against a specific group based on a private medical choice.

2. The above comments were not made in a vacuum. Trudeau made similar comments a month later regarding Canada's truck drivers, calling them "a fringe minority with unacceptable views," among other disgusting insults. These comments are indicative of a dangerous pattern of speech within his caucus and cabinet.

3. The federal government has, over the last two years in the name of the Covid-19 pandemic, repeatedly violated multiple laws set forth in the United Nations International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights:

a) They have denied Canadians their fundamental rights to self-determination and subsistence by paying the provinces in excess of $1B to issue stay-at-home orders forcing Canadians into dependence on the federal government for handouts via programs like CERB. This is a direct violation of Article 1 of the ICCPR.

b) The denial of these rights predates Covid, going all the way back to 2018 and the passage of bills C-48 and C-69. These bills are a direct assault and deliberate targeting of Western Canadians' right to self-determination regarding energy development. The current government has now gone a step further by appointing a convicted environmental terrorist to the office of Environment Minister, whose stated goal is to shut down the Alberta oil-sands. These actions constitute nothing less than economic genocide against Albertans.

c) They have forced Canadians to be the subjects of a mass medical experiment or be ostracized from participation in society and public life, including being denied access to public property and facilities and being denied the right to travel and leave the country of their own free will. These measures stand in gross violation of Articles 7&12 of the ICCPR

d) They have committed unlawful search and seizure against Canadians exercising their God-given and constitutionally protected right to peaceful protest in support of the truckers' rally, using illegally obtained personal information from a known psychopath and cyberterrorist. The publishing of this information has resulted in harm to Canadians, including the shuttering of businesses, a further violation of Article 1 of the ICCPR.

4) The federal government has, through the wrongful and illegal enactment of The Emergencies Act, turned private enterprises, namely, financial institutions, tow-truck services and insurance companies, into enforcement arms of the state in order to target and crush its perceived political opponents.

5) Each of the above acts by this current government constitutes political, economic and/or medical persecution against an identifiable group, and thus represent gross violations of Article 7 of the 1998 Roman Statute regarding crimes against humanity. Canada has been a proud signatory of this document since the date of its original publication. The federal government is therefore duty-bound to obey it or face the consequences of being charged before the International Criminal Court.

6) Canada is bound not only by international law, but also by the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Section 4 outlines the definitions and punishments for these kinds of crimes. Targeting the businesses, livelihoods and financial assets of political opponents classifies as an inhumane act of persecution against an identifiable group and thus constitutes a crime against humanity. Such crimes are considered "manifestly unlawful" and thus must always be prosecuted according to the fullest extent of Canadian and international law.

7) As sections 13 and 14 of the CAHWCA make clear, Canada's commitment to each of the above-mentioned international laws overrides even its own domestic laws. All Canadians, whether living at home or abroad, are equally bound to obey these laws. This means disobeying the government when the government issues mandates or wrongfully invokes emergency measures that violate our international obligations. It also means that all Canadians who violate these laws are to be held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8) We therefore, the undersigned, call upon Canada's Official Opposition, though itself guilty on a number of counts, to open and conduct a formal, systematic, and comprehensive Parliamentary investigation into the current Liberal-NDP coalition government to compile evidence of crimes against humanity, including possible conspiracy to commit genocide and to turn all such evidence over to the International Criminal Court.

All politicians for the last 2 years that sat and did nothing should be included in this position, NDP,CPC,Green Party and especially the Lieberals. The only party that should be commended is The PPC party who were against this from the beginning!
