Repeal the FACE Act and Protect Our Constitutional Rights

I too, blocked abortion clinic doors in the 90s… and also protested in Ted Kennedy’s office when they were passing this FACE bill.

Peaceful demonstrators should not be jailed to please the influential pro- abortion groups in government and those they support.

The FACE Act has failed to serve its intended purpose and instead has become a tool to silence and intimidate individuals exercising their deeply held beliefs.

Please repeal the FACE Act& commute those imprisoned.

Crippling fines under the guise of this law [(FACE) Act] are terribly unjust prosecutions of our First Amendment rights!...

What sounded like a 'good idea' has only been used to persecute pro-life Christians. Access to contraception and abortion is unhindered in most states and unhindered by a person quietly praying for the spiritual and temporal welfare of souls, the mothers, the preborn and the clinic workers. When a country persecutes people just because they hold a nonviolent, opposed opinion, it is not a free country anymore. Abolish the FACE Act, as it was only enacted for political reasons.

The role of the government is to protect it's citizens born or unborn, and the FACE act does neither. Therefore, Repeal the FACE act.

Dobbs showed no Constitutional right to abortion. FACE is based on that supposed right, so it is not valid. Not only First Amendment rights of speech and assembly, but the rich tradition of non-violent civil disobedience makes FACE run contrary to American principle.

Please repeal the Face Act! It has been used and continues to be used by the Biden administration to falsely accuse and send people who are praying and singing hymns and trying to help young women save their unborn babies to prison.

The FACE act was never meant to be misused in the way it is now. Since the courts and pro-abortion forces seem intent on misusing it, the law must be repealed.
