This amendment is complete crap. Losing gun rights over absolutely nothing. It's unconstitutional, but the left wing democrats don't care. I guess our lives don't mean anything while they sit behind a wall of armed guards and tell us we can't protect ourselves or were criminals. Repeal this stupid, worthless amendment.

Abolish the Lautenberg Amendment, it's unconstitutional to lose our civil rights for the rest of our lives.

A lifetime ban for a misdemeanor is wrong! We don't lose any of our other rights for a misdemeanor. I understand its purpose but it needs to be repealed or fixed. I would be fine with a 5 year ban and get our right back after 5 years of no further charges but something needs to be done.

A misdemeanor crime should not carry a life long punishment when no weapons were used. This law is crazy, way overboard judicial system at work destroying your right to bear arms based on a altercation where no weapons were used.

This is an unfair law to anyone if it’s only a misdemeanor
Hitting somebody has nothing to do with firearms
