To the Minister of Administrative Reform and eGovernment, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis notification to Minister of Health Mr. Spyridon - Adonis Georgiadis
: Articles 20-32 in Law n.4250/14 sets an evaluation/ranking system of state employees. It comprises of an absurd obligatory predefined percentage of 75% of employees assessment as medium-low or poor performers. It is nothing more than a preordained implementation of stack ranking in the underfunded and understaffed public sector bodies.

Implementation of a contemporary framework for an efficient public administration through responsible, meritocratic and unimpeachable procedures without constant mobility schemes and layoffs. 3. Planning of public health services, according to internationalqualitative and quantitative standards, to address people’s needs and to provide them with free and full access to these services. 4.
