Sometimes there should be an exception to rules. These dogs have been given a happy loving home after being given up at least once already. She has made every attempt to appease her neighbors.

As long as the dogs aren't causing issues and are getting the care they need, what does it hurt? The system is already overcrowded why add to it?

No one looks after dogs like Lynn, she should be allowed to keep them

Once an animal is moved into a home, and well taken care of. It is no longer classified as an animal. It is now known as a member of the family. Better in a home and taken good care of, no matter how many there are, than on the street, in a shelter, or in a home where they are being abused. No family is ever to big!!

As long as a person can afford to feed them get them cared for by a vet when needed and has the space and love for the animals it shouldn't matter how many!!

I think that if the dogs were abused then I could understand they be taken away. CLEARLY THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! These dogs are part of a family...breaking apart a family in such a detrimental way should not happen....Period!!!

Removing dogs because of some archaic law is ridiculous when they are obviously well loved!

she has had the dogs for 2 years. Where should they be send a shelter. Seems so wrong since the seen care for. And is dealing with it by confining them to a smaller area. Over a noise complaint??

Change the bylaws to actually make sense, and don't make a family suffer for some silly city's oversight. Those dogs belong with who cares for them :)

Let the dogs stay, the are obviously loved and well taken care of. Go after the owners of neglected animals, bigger fish to fry!

Dogs are more then just pets, this wonderful soul has rescued and taken on these dogs with promises of her being part of their forever home. They are not running loose, causing problems and breeding all over the place. Why take the dogs from a good home and put them in a system where they will be uthenized if a home cannot be found for them? This is sickening. Let Lynn keep her pups
