Our Arts building at UCR has some of the most interesting architecture of any building on campus, yet it is largely neglected. A place designated for the study of the arts deserves to be maintained with pride and care.

Our grandson attends your university. Our family has several college graduates;some, with advances degrees. Students need/deserve excellent surroundings to be inspired to do well for now and the future. Thank you.

Yes and there should be an area for dance majors to get ice and a rest area similar to how the sports are being taken care of. We also need medical attention and a space for us to feel even more comfortable.

This building is hostile, and it's certainly not because of its occupants. Not only is the decay an aesthetic woe, but it's now hazardous to the students, faculty, and staff who call it home. The negligence is appalling and our facilities deserve the same priority that is given to the STEM buildings.

Its not fair that our Arts building is falling apart and nothing is being done about it. The arts are just as important as everything else on campus is. Help us get this done by providing us with building that's not falling apart.

Lots of other buildings need work too. I feel that arts should be payed attention to because CNAS has buildings such as MSE, Chung, geonomics, chemical sciences, and Orbac that are much nicer facilities. I noticed the inequality when I toured campus as a perspective student. It bothered me then.

There is no reason that the arts building should be neglected to the degree that it is. I'm so glad someone has finally brought this into light and is now pushing a plan forward. As a theatre student on the UCR campus students in the arts are often neglected, the arts building seems to be no different. Fix the building UCR.

This is one of the signature buildings on campus and the location of many lectures and concerts. Thus, it is highly visible to the public and quite an embarrassment in its current condition.
