Recreation to promptly fix the flooring in the 116th St. and Morningside
Ave playground.
The flooring in the newly constructed playground at 116th St and Morningside Avenue in Harlem is severely deteriorating and clearly defective. For over a year, the cracks between the floor tiles have been wide enough to pose an injury-risk to the children and are rapidly getting worse.
