Shame on the States of Guernsey for allowing our runway to so badly deteriorate, it should have been done years ago, long before unrealistic ideas of lengthening the runway were bandied about! It will be their loss in the end.

Repair of Alderney's runway is absolutely vital. It should have happened several years ago. The fact that it hasn't happened should cast shame on SoA but probably more importantly - and shamefully - SoG. Hang your heads in shame and perhaps make a new year's resolution.
