Hon. Congressman Donald Norcross:
We the undersigned citizens, residing in New Jersey’s 1st CD, request that you immediately join with 120 of your Democratic colleagues who have signed on as co-sponsors of HR 676, the “Improved & Expanded Medicare for All” single payer healthcare legislation. This bill now has more co-sponsors than at any time since it was first introduced in 2003.
Multiple polls conducted in 2017 indicate that 60% of the American people favor “expanding Medicare to provide health insurance to every American.” It is time for the United States to join the rest of the civilized world and make healthcare a human right for every U.S. resident.
HR 676 would cover every U.S. resident with guaranteed, comprehensive, cradle-to grave-health care, and would reduce costs for every American, except the very wealthy.
I urge you to join with the majority of the Democratic Caucus who are already co-sponsors of HR 676, and in addition, become an active proponent of HR 676.
