Legitimate doubts of this line's necessity were raised during the early. Those doubts appear to be underscored by recent findings. How this project can be deemed an investment in our region is questionable.

The WPSC needs to consider the impact of new information that negates or defers the need for the line, and decreases the projected benefits and value.

We do not need more high powered lines ruining our landscape. We need more efficiency with what we already have and more local, green power.

Really question the need for the line and extra power. Also have been hit hard many times recently with rate increases from EXCEL ENERGY and don't understand why.

Yes, please reopen the docket and study all info carefully. This is too big of an issue to cut corners on the process. Thank you.
